I have a laptop connected to a high definition external monitor
My pc has: intel core i3 2.53 ghz cpu, 3gb ram and two vga cards one intel hd graphics and one radeon hd 6470m.I think the second one is used only when i play 3d games
Will my computer hold well and not slowed down if i play 30 tables in the same times using table ninja and holdem manager?
I think it really depends on the software.
Sites like stars are usually good, while I've had serious lag issues on places like ipoker/everest playing a lot less tables than that....I think stars is capped at 24 tables though, so you'd have to multi-site.....which doesn't help on the lag front.
The only real way to get an answer is to try it and see.

Don't think so - processor and Ram = too low.
Also - will you be able to play so many tables simultaneously?

I am playing 22 tables very comfortably.I struggle a bit and made few mistakes with 24tabling
27 is the limit for safe handling. When exceeding that, make sure you have an extinguisher nearby. GL!

Dunno how many cores your i3 processor has, but for comparison my PC has:
Intel Core 2 Quad 4x2,4GHz
4GB RAM
nVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
with that i can play 50 tables w/o lag, BUT with HUD the lag is quite huge and as i've been told it's because my HDD (ATA 
) is slow and can't process databases fast enough which causes quite huge lag

Although it depends on the software and the HEM you use.
i3 and RAM is quiet fine for something like that, although it's a laptop.
