@ THESHade - Sorry, I haven't read any of your thread. I've only read your post about how "uncomfortable" it would be to have to talk to scottish people or whatever it was you said so i kind of "retaliated" for want of a better expression  heheh

But it turns out your actually moving to Scotland!! lol
In fact, your moving to Dundee - massive lol

"An ingin in anaw" is a Dundee saying when asking for an onion pie - "an onion one aswell please"

So, I think you deserve a proper post from me this time and not a troll like gesture.

Anyway, I dont know what you know about Dundee but it has a reasonably good night life and a brand new casino for you. "Broughty Ferry" is close by and has a huge concentration of pubs and should also make for a good night out.

Around £300(+) is kinda standard for privately rented accommodation if thats what your after so you should be able to get your own place for that and if you pay a little more you'l obviously get a better area or have a better standard of flat/apartment/whatever. Generally, the cost of accommodation is a little lower than in england but who wants to live with they xxxx's ;)

I might even read your thread now?

All the best pal.

Thnx for the resposne in English :f_cool:

Yea, most likely I will end in Dundee next year and I am rly looking forward to it (I just need Abertay to accept me) Any info on Abertay? Whats the reputation of that Uni in Scotland?

So far all info I have is the one I have found on the internet and I like it so far

Loooked up the "Broughty Ferry" as well. Looks nice, too

I think I will settle up in dorm(Opal1) at least for the 1st year so that it would be waay easier to meet new people

Do u have skype an d owulndt u mind getting it spammed by silly Qs once a while?

PokerStars works fine on the wi fi in a flat, it must have been the hotel blocking it.

How long before the blog title changes to 'Scottish TAG-fish' etc I wonder?

Aye nae bother chap :f_biggrin:

Abertay is a decent university. There aren't any "bad" universities in scotland, only the more prestigious such as Glasgow, Edinburgh and St.Andrews...
If a uni had a poor rep then i would be aware of it so I can confidently say there's no variance involved in picking one in this country - other than for the reason above...

A dorm's a good idea for your first year.

If you want to ask something via skype then my id =

@ TobyCS : £300 is more standard for a standard 1 bedroom flat but Yeh the London prices are sick compared to the further north you go. Imagine the amount of $$$$ you would save by relocating to the superior country :f_cool:

Of course if you really want to get to know Scotland, like every nook and cranny, you need to become a Munro Bagger. :)

Ooh well, interesting day

Played some SH in the afternoon at Party. Today was a day of protest so I played some 100NL and was mindlesly clicking buttons. I kind of dont rly care about 100NL anymore ... Played like 34/30, constantly isolating and playing tight poker, 83s+
For some reason I raked the same ammount as at 200NL w old system ... THE HECK? also lost a BI or 2
Protest was sucesfull, 200NL+ was unplayable
100NL was unplayable at 8PM+
So I tried to play at the 2nd site, played half an hour, then took a 4 min break and when I returned I was alrdy kcied out of 2 tables .... Fuuuck I hate that so much, switching sites is sooo hard for me...Software always tilts me
So when I was unable to play SH I decided to give HU a shot
at one point I was 3tabling 2 fish and 1 reg and at that poitn that reg joined all my tables, he was stuck 2-3 BIs to me and was rahter easy to play
Anyway, HU is rly fun when u get action
And it seven more fun when u r running good

Tomorow I will prob. go out so another "free poker day". There was too many poker-free days this month cause of Uni (I was totally exhausted) and sickness and bad seassion

Also I will visit my father at the end of September and talk to him about Scotland n stuff
