I call on flop is ok. But I dont like it on turn.

If he raises only 14 and limps a lot, he probably is raising good hands at UTG and K and Q hits his range.

He can have JTs or AJ, but generally I would prefer folding turn, since it rather seem he is valuebetting and you´r equity against 99+ is terrible.
If you though he was bluffing turn then river call is reasonable, but better to give up turn

I think we should fold on the flop because this fishy guy doesn't raise a lot preflop and K or Q are in his range.

No, I was not thinking about floating, he is fish, so I don't think I have enought fold equity.

But folding on flop I think is too weak, because he bets small, like he has not hit.

So what's the plan?

He cbets a lot on the flop and probably 2nd barrelling on the turn.
There are a lot of OCs that give you problems and we have 0 equity.

I mean, we have to think first what line we have to follow against a specific opponent and select what hand we have to play preflop, on the flop, on the turn and on the river.

I think this is the typical opponent that has to be bluffcatched with any TP/MP IP.

With 88 don't waste your money, because if u call flop and turn u have to call river. It's a marginal spot.

+1 to folding on the flop. your plan is to reevaluate on turn, but he will cbet turn very often according to his stats and all you can do then is to fold unless you hit your 2 outer, so you are losing a lot in that spot imo

flop doesn´t always include J, Q, K, A that you should just fold 88 pf.
I think against 60/14 it is reasonable call pf, just you have to let go that hand some at some point postlfop.
