Although, to be fair, I've seen TLN play, so I'm sure it's just variance that I'm winning

yea, i got destroyed by Pleno. I ran excruciatingly bad (2setups vs me as me favorite in the 1st minute kinda singnalized what was going to happen and just got worse from there, when he was hitting way better in 3bet pots - fullhouses etc and i got no action from any of my premiums rly for the whole game where my 3bet was close to 25%)
He also played rly good so grats, he deserves some bragging rights. Tho if he doesnt play me this week again soon, i ll have to label him a hitnrunner 
I also played w Insyder for the video, i ended a bit over 1 stack in minus for 30mins of 2tabling (that was all we did coz ps just requested 1 part of him), where most he won was on 2coolers for a bit deeper stacks, i won most money w/o SD. Obv it was no sample whatsoever, but except for very minor innacuracies (would be resultwise inconsequential -coz in both spots he had ntg afair) in prolly 2 hands, i played very well and was satisfied and it gave me a some extra bit of confidence to continue playing good further during the weekend.
Yea, I played mostly HU for last several days actually and i won most of my shorter matches vs SHregs. Sometimes i caught myself having 20+ tabs opened just waiting for sb to sit in. One of the reasons is, the traffic for NLHE is rly starting to get too low for NL1k, tables break up very quickly usually after a weaker plr leaves. I know the days for NL are counted already and it wont be long i guess before esentially all highstakes NL is merely occasional. Ofc its like 1person/hour i get action from in average even on those 20tabs. (There are abt ~3-5 plrs/platform i dont play against HU and its coz i didnt find any leak in their game (from SH) before so and i dont consider raking in money in HU where likely no edge is to be had as a good EV) Obv every plr has some minor leaks on these limits still, i am shocked to find out even on plrs who i thought were absolute worldclass, but i am not so worldclass myself yet to be able to effectively exploit a subtle advantage.
1 of the main areas where edge can be found is playing 200bb+ deep. Obv ppl are not very experienced here, so they make (costly) mistakes. I think its 1 of the things i need to work on the most as well, but its rly difficult, as in SH, there are still not many deep tables running, and to get effectively deep w most ppl on the table, u have to play significantly long sessions.
Therefore: attention all winning mid/high stakes plr who want to practice deep play on the 250bb BI deep tables w further analysis (all of us maybe recording or marking hands and discussing spots asap after the session). I suggest teaming up for some quality traning sessions on some lower limt. eg: NL100 or 200. I think homegames on Stars are an excellent choice. I think we should be at most 4 ppl and have like 4tabling going on, on each table a different order of the plrs :to have the more intense and the most complex dynamic going on, as well as: it simulates the so common scenario of the current games, where tables are mostly breaking up and we are increasingly often just forced to play 3-4 handed for longer time till another weaker plrs sits in.

I am no mathematician, but I assume this means you think there is at least a 50% chance that FTP will return?

the last 4 or so days i had quite a strong depression, i had internally battled again w the meaning of life, rank of values etc and froze to pretty much not doing anything at all besides watching random vids on the net. It rly makes me too sad how everytihng is aging. So many well known ppl died just recently. The last of all, Steven Jobs, i ve rewatched some of his lectures. I felt hopeless and resignated. It's all nice to feel pationate abt sth and shine around to all, but we all end up in the same cold dark eventually 
just shortly reporting i am back fine again and aim to put in a lot of volume soon.
I rly love poker and hope to promote it as much as i can in the next few years that i ll continue to play it professionally. I ll also repeat the love coachings very soon. Keep following.

If you look up to him alot mate and your feeling down then this is a pretty inspiring but also important message.Hope you feel better.Depression can be lethal.If you feeling down take some excercise rather then moping around the place.Nice blog as well.
