I play 10-11 tables but pay quite high attention to the HUD. I only 3bet with good hands or with weeker hands/bluff against opponents with foldto3bet higher than 75-80%. and I am quite tight with about 18/15.
I can post a screenshot about my stats when I will be at home (I am at my workplace now:)).
marking the thread :P, as i am starting to play NL (after 4 yrs of playing FL) and this blog will be interesting for me.
Had just read some basic abt opening hands and watched some random live cool vids, and so far NL looks like easy money (on the micros ♦).
Played abt 10k hands NL10 sh sofar (5-6 tabling), and my redline just keeps on going up, it seems like there are so many more opportunities to make money in NL than in FL... My stats so far have formed like this: 26/22/8.5 (vpip/pfr/3b), wr=26bb/100 (12bb/100=nonsd, 14bb/100=sd) and EV line just abt the same.
And many times even 6 tabling seems too much to me as it looks like there are so many good spots to get involved and take some money out of, and i don't want to miss them ♦

Did a quick look:
You're too tight preflop, especially on the late positions. If you are playing tight because you have loose 3bet regs behind you just find tables with tight players to your left, this way you can play looser.
3bet% is okay. Your postflop aggression is low on all streets, against tight players you can sometimes easily double or triple barrel (bluff) them. I guess you're not taking down enough pots postflop but rather having a high showdown%. The high WTS also shows me that you don't (thin) value bet your hands enough.
Played about 5k hands for the past two days, haven't manage to win much. Weekend full of high variance and maniacs. Only won +120 bb for the past 4k hands.
Two interesting hands...

According to his low agg% on the river and high WTS he should not be bluffing often right?
Not only should he not be bluffing, but what bluffs does he have? his 2 pairs? most ppl don't turn them into bluffs imo so just fold.

I guess about time we run bad. I had a free weekend, guess what? I grinded about 10k hands without winning anything... Variance is indeed cruel. I haven't played much differently. Good for my mindset I guess, gotta accept the reality. Another 10k might come since it only took "one weekend" (2-3 days).

Played about 2.5k hands today, ran decent, still ran like effing 300bb below EV. Got raped twice on river vs 2 outers ![]()
Anyway still managed to squeeze a profit of $120 (480bb) so ya, finally my bad days are over.
One sick hand though...
Folding a flush on the river. Fml?

wts 30 <--- so his riverbet is like 90% nutz and 10% air? He wont call with air on turn. A set would most likely raised IMO.
Another question: how do we play the turn? What if he raises?
why not just shove the river yourself? he has high WTS, so probably calls down light in general, he's like never going to fold worse flushes, probably not fold straights and maybe even do some ridic level with overpair, rather than just check/folding and missing a load of value?
That fold is so weak and exploitable and you should just shove it in on the river imo. He'll probably call with some 2 pairs, worse flushes, straight and maybe overpairs. you miss so much value here.

Bet the turn way bigger, maybe even overbet shove it to level him into calling with top pair or 2 pair because you give the intention of being on a good draw there. betting that small in that spot is a major leak.
Hmmm how can you make the fold on the paired board with a flush but then find it hard to fold your set on that 4 to a straight board when such a sick amount of his range beats you?

Also when you check the river on either of them it's 100% to fold, you never even have a ch/call range in these spots, so asking what to do after seems weird.
imo one is a clear value shove on R and the other is a clear ch/fold.

And it seems like you were thinking the opposite way around from what me, and I think a lot of other people are. You are asking what to do on the KK hand when it's so sick obvious that you are beat, yet you folded on the QJs hand where you still beat a pretty large amount of his range.
Its a though hand guys IMO, I asked a coach and said rather fold at that spot although its close. He thinks we're getting about 75:25 (in his favour). At least we're rarely more than 33% ahead. I just hate deepstack. If we weren't deepstack its an instant call or shove river.
Anyway NO POKER
today. I'm trying to be better at 3bet pots postflop. Today I spend time for database. I spend about 2-3 hours noting the regulars about their postflop play with these filters:
Saw showdown = true
Did 3bet preflop = true
All in preflop = false
Besides that I also watch a video about 3betting but it was kinda rather shitty IMO. Gonna read and/or re-read some 3betting theory.
Not much. The downswing seems endless. Variance is gay. Gonna be honest: you can include about 400-500bb as tilt. Don't even have motivation this month anymore ![]()
Seems like the longer this goes on, the more I tilt actually... (this has been going for 2 weeks long, 2 out of the 27 sessions were green, rest red)

Aight, recovered a big part of my downswing + tilt + bad decisions. The combination of a long downswing, tilt and bad decisions due your lower confidence (because you're losing) has really struck me. It took awhile to get my mindset going again. I kept checking my database why I was losing and what can be done better. Of course I ran somewhat hot but if I didn't run hot I still think my decisions are now better than before.
Lil recovery graph:
Spoiler

Might need to work on my non-sd again but met alot of aggro players lately so been bluff inducing abit as well.

Villain is reg, I'm not sure what to do here... I saw him being very aggressive on the turn few times with raising and stuff. I wanted to c/c both turn and the river since I don't have much history... If I had history I usually just bet the turn myself.

agg% 42/28/19

Other player is a 69/6 fish.
What can he have by betting the turn so big? It has to be at least KQ or Tx? We only beat KJ/K9 and we're pretty dead vs a river bet (if he does it).
Edit: wee platinum but the videos still suck ♠_o:
in the QK hand I am definitely betting turn against 2 fish. so many worse hands they call with - not only KJ, K9, but imo almost all suited Ks and many unisuited (K6o, K7o. K3s, K4s etc etc. ) they might call 2brls w JJ that doesnt 3b pf, sometimes 99, and there are som GSs and OESDs (like QJ, J9s, 67s etc etc.) too and if one of them has trips or better he will definitely let you know by minraising/raising. if called I definitely value bet/fold blank R (about 60% pot) even against both opponents.
thats my opinion
