Don't you worry that someone at your table could have access to the coaching or knows someone who does? It's not like it's the $10 MTTs that coaches usually play in. I think you should expect to get soulread/superusered. (Not sure 'superusered' is a word, but 'superused' sounds wrong too.)

i think its really unlikely but defo possible, I mean u have to be drawn onto his table/know someone drawn onto his table, and then know that his party s/n is TT & that hes doing a coaching, basically I mean like, someone has to be watching the coaching, take note of TTs name and then hope that he or his friend are drawn onto his tab.

You should probably tune in, obv sinde it's a 1k event there is the implied thread of collusion.

However, I will talk more about spots and situations than about my specific hand. Only after the hand I will tell you exactly what I had.

Also, since I only play those 3 MTTs, I will probably have some time answering general questions, also about CG or general poker issues. So this is a pretty cheap opportunity for some of your to ask some general or even specific questions.

I already put on my PartyPoker outfit, so I'm rdyyyyy :f_cool:

CU laters @ coaching player ;)

During dinner I watched Margin Call yesterday:

"Be smarter, or cheat ..."

Gambling and Finance World seem to be alike.

Unreal. I think it's better to laugh about it than jumping off a bridge. But what I experienced concerning scamming and betrayal in 2011 is rly far from real.

Since online and offline media will be flooded next days with news anyway, the biggest and sickest scam in online history will be public soon. You probably have no idea what I'm talking about, but you will see the news about it soon.

I was hoping it won't get public but it seems like some ppl did make mistakes and since so many are involved it was only a question of time. So I can blog about it.
So fkn sick. I knew him quite well, we were together in Vegas and actually also spent some time together after Vegas and he was also very close with my closest Austrian Poker Friends. Some of us are rly hurt super hard. Sick, I mean there is nothing you can do when you share your home, office, cars, parties etc

Closest friends will always be able to scam you, I don't think there is much we can do about it. Besides: Not trusting a single person on this planet. Im not a pschologist, but I guess after my 2011 experiences I'm totally fucked when it comes to trusting family members or close friends. Obv I'm not even talking about not so close friends.

BTW: I wanna use this blog entry and tell those who still owe me money (yeah, I'm sure you read this blog once in a while): don't even try to fuck with me. Now it's getting personal!

Weeeee! Linkin Park song!

Money can make many people do crazy things. It seems like the only thing that matters for them is money. I like to think there are still some people out there that value other things apart from money...

Damn that's sick :f_mad: :f_mad:

As Manu said, money makes people go insane. Obviously poker will always be susceptible to this type of thing since we all trust a large amount of money in people we barely know, but for this to be done to you by someone you do actually know makes it that much worse.

I mean, it's what makes the poker community both so great and so vulnerable at the same time, that we're all willing to trust people we don't know very well with decent sums of money all the time. Staking is a great example, imagine going up to some random person in the street and saying "Hey wanna look at this $2k for me for a while". But essentially that is what we're doing when we stake someone for NL100

I'm ranting a bit here now but one thing the poker community does prove is that the majority of people do have good intentions as the scam to stake ratio is pretty low to be fair. :)

I agree with this so much, apart from the family part. 2011 fucked me up so bad in this way, seems like 1 scandal after another. I got lucky with this one but it makes you realize that the poker world might be worse than most people think.

Don't know this guy very well, but he always came across as a very nice and social person. I really hope everybody gets at least a part of their money back.
