Not sure what your question is, but it looks like villian is very aggressive and would raise your cbet with any over pair or as a semibluff ..
Shipping it to deal with the semibluff or smaller over pair to force villian to make a calling error seems like the right move.
Of course the evaluation needs to be done before seeing villian's call :-)

Well, it's really ugly spot for us. But do we really get away here? While he may easily just have even worse PPs which don't consist of ♥. So I'd also play the same way while being in 4bet pot. Not much you can do here. 
What did he have then?
