afaik there are only three major players, right?

Neteller vs Skrill vs PayPal

:diamond: which regulator is best? (FSA/FSA/CSSF)

:diamond: which TaC are best / most user-friendly?

:diamond: best security (I assume Skrill token > all)?

:diamond: least fees overall (again looks like Skrill to me)

:diamond: where is the money safest?

As far as poker rooms are concerned, it's most likely best to have a lot of money on PartyPoker.

Sharpening my online and offline money management atm, that's why I ask.

Listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Licensed in Gibraltar.

Player funds and company funds have to be separated. You can see that in their balance sheet.

Afaik they aren't even allowed to do anything else with player funds than having them lying around on a separate bank accounts. No investing in bonds or even nitty funds.

i use only skrill, after some recent update(might be half year already though ) :
:diamond: they gurantee that you cant lose your money on your account(have to have security token)
:diamond: you can have second skrill account in other currency if u r vip(moves often cash through skrill, easy to get)
:diamond: small fees, even they have some vip "feesback"

FSA and CSSF are both directed by Basel Committee but i would always go with FSA (though not that relevant when choosing your e-wallet)
Paypal is much bigger company listed on NASDAQ.
Moneybookers intent to issue IPO on LSE, so not listed yet.

Overall security wise PayPal, on paper, should be safer

short friday night update :f_grin:

Once upon a time Ash05 had a glory idea ... "When your bro joins his first ball @ highschool at the age of ~ 16 we gonna crush it and show those kids how to rock a party/ball."

Years flew by and early this year I told Ash that my Bro's first Ball will be in November ....
Long Story short: A special party crew of ~ 20 ppl (all had been at the same school many yrs ago) crushed the event. Obv overplaying was a must, so we decided to book a Hummer Limousine and try everything we can to not behave @ Ball
We also met some teachers from back then, was pretty fun _biggrin:

FSA for sure
Skrill TaC never had a problem and their support are great, phone/email/livechat
Skrill security is awesome
Skrill does have less fees although beware with money exchanges just get a second moneybookers account (only allowed with vip though) and do limited exchanges (fee exchange is less than pp+netteller but stille xpensive)
if ur a vip at skrill they offer 100% back funds if money is stolen from you if you secured your account correctly ( http://www.moneybookers.com/vip/fundsguarantee/termsandconditions/index.html ) but on the other side i dunno if your money is protected if they went bankrupt/liquidated etc

PayPal sucks qua fees and their exchange rate is ridiculous. I only use it when I have American students because it is among the only payment processors they can use conveniently (eBay set it up, no paypal=no ebay ).

basically I got phished once (when I was young and naive) at PayPal. Someone logged in and bought a surfboard lol but everything was reinstalled. I also got scammed once by a mexican Trading card vendor. Their dispute system or whatever is called is a big fraud because basically they cannot freeze funds and only can give u the money back IF there is money in their account.

Neteller is pure garbage. I only signed up there because of their MC. Now 2 months later there, MB introduces the MC

There is a RSA token at Moneybookers while the other services does not have it. I mean every bank account I have (danish/dutch/irish) gave me a free enhanced security token while I do less transactions than on MB. This is really important

Regarding regulators, I have no idea but if I see MB/Skrill making good turnovers/profit, I assume they don't go bankrupt.

Support of MB is superb though I am a VIP so I have fast email support, live telephone support (they call me so they pay the fees I guess?) , discount on exchange rate , free withdrawal fees & even loyalty program

And yes having 2 accounts in EU/USD saves you a lot of time being VIP MB

I'm not sure if the exchange rate of MB is close to the ''real'' one. Probably not but it is at least better than PayPal

I do not understand why people keep using Neteller or Why Neteller is still surviving in this payment's industry. Seems any other payment provider has different markets to serve more or less.

Like PayPal->eBay. Skrill->Market leader with pokertransactions. uKash -> vouchers/coupons. Webmoney -> same thing

Skrill takes 1.99% on the exchange rate. It can hurt, but it's better than most and you have the option of having 2 accounts.

FSA should be a good regulator, but I don't know anything about it.

In general I've never had any complaints about MB/Skrill, they help me the best they can when there's a problem and it's pretty safe with the RSA token.

You have to use a 2nd email and then ask if they can link the accounts
