plo100 mid set 250 BB deep

You have a blocker to the set of eights. Given you're so deep I can't ever see the blind doing this with anything but aces unless you really think a set of threes are possibly in his range. You have blockers to A9 and A8 (it could be top 2 pair and a nut flush draw he is checkraising here) but really I think you're forced to puke fold.

100 bets deep it's a shove but 250 bets deep I really have to give the guy some respect here. With a 3 bet of 5% he is probably never 3 betting preflop against you 250 bets deep so it could well be aces.

The only thing it might be that you're beating is a double suited wrap hand that has 2 flush draws on the turn like KQJT, but even then, why isn't he checkraising this flop since it hit him in the face?

b/f is def easier way and he def has a ton of EQ if he doesnt have top set (and i think he never shows you bottom set, unfort u block 3rd set)

overall, there is more to it than just stats and ranges/board. its plo, i know many nits tilt around if they lose 5 stacks in a row (on another table just a few moments ago or during a longer session). in case he tilts or spews a bit deep, i let him do it. i call and play rivers ip as played. then it comes down to timing, def many interesting river scenarios but i feel comfortable ip
ofc having specific reads and dynamics help in making decisions, but if i dont give a random 0.5/1 plr credit for only AA** here.
if he has rly crappy AA** that he didnt wanna 3b pre (which is perfectly fine obv), he could also easily c/c F AND T cuz there is still 150bb left to play on the river and with AA** no fd he gets into super tricky spots on 2/3 of rivers

he wasnt on tilt, so it was mistake to ship it as i did on turn.
i suspectedd he had AA** but couldnt fold my hand... i shipped it in and he had AA** no FD, river was and i lost

Well we crush the flop, but i'm still betting big because most of the time villain has absolutely nothing and folds, but the few times he has something I want to bloat the pot as quickly as possible being 250 bets deep on the flop.

Turn could help villain giving him a flush draw to go with the straight draw he probably calls with on the flop so I would bet big again. If I got checkraised here I would have a super hard time putting villain on aces given the blocker so in this case I think I am shoving the turn as I think there could be a lot of semi bluffs in villain's range now. There is also a chance it's a slow played set of eights that picked up diamonds on the turn.
