The consensus from the previous posts is that this is easy, but they disagree on whether it is an easy call or an easy fold.
I don't find these decisions easy. I'm inclined to call. I think there are enough players who will not respect the UTG raise or who are tired of having 1200 chips who will shove with 44 to make calling correct. I don't think that's a good play for the SB to make, but you aren't playing turbo $2.50 tournaments to see only great poker. In addition, I think many players with KK+ would make a smaller raise instead of pushing.
Mathematically, you are not that risk-averse since you have the short stack covered and are far from the bubble. You need about 45% equity against the SB's range to call. Against a premium hand (JJ+ AK), JJ only has 36.6% equity. Against a much wider range of 88-KK ATs+ AQo+, JJ has 57.1% equity.
Another way to look at it is that when you aren't getting great odds on a call, then against a good opponent's push you want to fold the bottom of your range and call with the top of your range. JJ looks great normally, but since you are UTG 9-handed it might not be very far from the bottom of your raising range. So, it's ok to fold against a good opponent who puts you on a tight range. However, I wouldn't give all players credit for being good players, and I expect them to play back at UTG raises too often.
I'd snapcall this because of the stacksizes. I think most players won't push the top of their ranges, they tend to trap with them by raising low, and even if you run into a better hand, it's not hurting your stack that bad.
without reads snap call. Vs the biggest nit its still a snap call at this early stage imo you need a stack to win these.
I reg these sometimes and I can tell you my range in villians spot. Its 1010 aq + which your ahead of. At higher 180's i might look at stats to see if I can get away but at 2.50's I wont even waste my time and snap call jj 1010 here

As usual I second pzhon's post. While it's not a trivial call, an unknown player in the $2 180s should be on a wide enough range here that you can profitably call.
If the player had stats of say 15/6 after 100 hands I would fold.
imo all comes here to how he plays..if his stats show he's a tight player instant fold
This would probably be a call in a STT factoring in ICM let alone early in a 180 man! I'd call with AK/TT in most cases. It's unsual anyone straight jams QQ-AA so you'll be looking at TT/AQs-AKo here a massive % of the time.
I would have a glance at stats and as someone said above, would fold if it's a tight guy and call against most.
Yeah, I will be mass grinding the 2.50$ turbos for a living and I am gathering information from all over the internet!

Yea I agree with call here. With 25bb deep it is positive chip EV call and opponent is definitely 3bet shoving wider then TT+, AK. My assumption is that he is 3bet shoving with at least AQ+, 99+. If not even wider. Unless if you have read that he is tight. But against unknown it is good call.
