Hey guys, been a long time. ♦ Reason for my non-posting was...I didn't play much, so there was not much to post about.

I cashed out from WH this weekend (traffic sucks, othervise I'd stay on iPoker...I just don't have the time to wait for ages to play 10 or 20 SNGs). How is your experience with withdrawalls to Moneybookers? Mine was approved 2 days ago and I still don't have the money.

For now I'm thinking of going back to Stars (altho I'm not tracked) and play eather 18man (will probably start at $3,5 to get a hang of it and see how it goes) or 180man ($2,5 for start). Also will aply little more strickt BRM since I will be playing more tables at a time as I was on iPoker, where I usually followed 50BI rule. Another option is Ongame. There are some nice rake races combned with FDBs. It looks promising. But that is for later, when I'll have more time.

What do you guys think? Is it better to play 9man or 18man? I kinda got a feeling 9man are more reg infested on Stars (not that $3,5 or even $7 aren't beatable with a nice ROI).

Any input is appriciated.

So, I talked to WH online support about my withdrawall. They checked and looks like they messed something up with the approvall. They sorted it out and money was instantly on my MB.
I must say, I like their support a lot. Every problem I had so far was resolved in a matter of minutes.

Well, traffic on Stars is the nuts. They are tougher tho. But smaller rake probably makes up for the better players on the lower limits.
Ongame is superturbo (in case you are playing turbo ). Get ready for swings!! Deep brm is a must! (unless you want to move down, which is probably not the case if you are clearing an fdb.

Don't know much about 18man, I don't like that it's hard to eval ICM spots with wiz being incompatible. Also, it's abit different, much less risk aversion in the early stages, so get ready for the different format!

I agree, traffic on Stars is great. But as you said...games are tougher on the other hand rake is smaller.
Will try to play some 18man and see if I like it or not.
I was also thinking of MTSNGs (45 and 180man) but I'll need more time for those and ATM I have also other RL stuff to sort out. Maybe I'll try them over the weekends or something like that.

Well, Akrammon gave you already a pretty good answer about the differences between Ongame and Stars. I will suggest Stars over Ongame though. If you haven't played 180man, choose between STT or 2-table SNG. 18man are very similar in play, but fish tends to be worse and spewier than 9man. You will see a lot of JJ, AK even AQ going broke in early stages preflop. You can still use the wiz when you are on the final table. Variance is a bit higher, but you won't ever feel the need to table select the micro-low 18man levels as it takes much more for the games to become unprofitable. And it is true that regs on stars are somewhat tougher. But on the other hand, it is impossible to table select on Ongame, very often you'll be playing with 4-5+ regs and even if they are not great, table is tight for the most part. In like 6-7 hands you will be in a push/fold mode already and that's not enough for the fish to bust.

And you can always mix 9man with KO SnG and 18man to ensure that you play a soft game. On stars I was rarely starting a table with more than 2-3 other regs, try this on ongame and you will spend most of your time waiting for the miracle to happen

Played few $3,5 18man (could play $7s, but I'll tighten up my BR + I need to get used to the new format). So far I like it, but sample is just tiny. We'll se after couple of hundreds if I'll still like them so much. ♦
I also got $10 bonus from Stars (anniversary bonus or something like that) which was cleared super easy, just needed 10fpps. So a little exstra there.

LoL, that is a nice heater, man! Go go go ! 3,5$ 18 man should be pretty beatable and I def. recommend it over the 9man as the fish play it like a MTT and bust out early in the tourny with mediocre hands. I won't be surprised if you can sustain 15-20% ROI. Hope you do!

Yea, fishes seem to play even worse so far. Not so unusual to see someone call a shove in early stages with any pair or some crappy suited A.

my internet connection started acting up during a session (had ~15 tourneys open) +
I had to leave for almost 15min during another session with 12 tourneys open =
middle part of my graph, where the green line goes down, down, down...

All in all, ROI still at 15%. I think 10-20% on a long run is doable on this limit...

I think you made a great decision moving to stars. I'm also playing the $3.5 18 man on stars. They are extreeeeeeemly soft. I have played around 700 with 20% roi almost no problem.
Do not worry yourself about "regs" most players that have a clue about how to play these play way too tight which is great imo. In my games i have met around 3 or 4 players that are really good regs with more than decent roi. Most "winning players" have very low roi, so no worries there, shove their blinds any two all the time ♦ they never call loose.

Yea, I'm interested in some discussion. Will add you to skype, but can't promise, when I'll have time. ♦ I have tons of other stuff going on (college and some side-work) so when I'm free I usually just load bunch of tourneys and play. ♦

So I reached 100BIs for $7. Will probably play a session on that level today and see how it goes. Hopefully it'll go well and I won't have to move back down.

LOL ♦ I'm mostly referring to one session when I had 15 tables or so open and my internet connection was droping out every few minutes and didn't reconect for couple of minutes...got blinded out of couple tourneys with 5 or 6 people left (4 get paid).

Don't get me wrong...I'm quite happy with that ROI.
