the guy seemed to be pretty tight and having position thought there was a good chance of taking the hand off him

could not see that the flop helped and tried to represent hitting the flop

Why would you call that reraise if he's pretty tight? You know you are behind his range and you need a really lucky flop or you have to bluff him out. I should say: fold preflop. Although you have position this play -EV.

-EV PF call. Maybe call JTs. I also don't like to bluff against his hand range.
