I think you should fold to his re-raise preflop. When he raises you, he has put 1/3 of his stack in the middle. This means he is committed to the hand and will never fold. Your hand is crushed by his value range and only marginally ahead of his bluffs. Once you see the flop you have to go all in and hope for a heart.

Its pretty bad to get involved with such a big stack when there is two short stacks read about the icm oO. Also calling off half the effective chips is terrible fold or go allin in a rare occasions blinds are to high to be flatting a4

snapfold after 3bet:

reasons:

super strong (size + his stacksize)
no implied pot odds for call

also far better hands like 66-88, a10s, ajo are tough in this spot!
aj is an easy fold!
