It was pretty obv call imo, he was playing like 50/10 so a push pretty much always means that he has small pair or some overcards.. I'm happy to play against that range for this many bbs..

I  Badugi. Strange that you don't.

I havent really understood the rules properly, i found them too complicated and the game is just not as much fun as 72 SD..

I find that some knowledge of the rules is usually a prerequisite for deciding whether or not I like a game, but I guess we all have our own individual style.

Well i do know the rules, but i do not understand them properly.. The rules regarding suits are just stupid. I still have an edge over most ppl when i play it in 10-game mtts though, since most ppl dont even know any of this.

I don't even know where to start with this one, so I won't bother. However, I have decided that I should consider playing some 8/10-game MTTs.

Sure, but i would like to warn you that they are fucking long even if there are only like 50 players.. It's not really worth it money-wise, since you have to win or maybe get second to get reasonable return on your time and money, but if you want to learn the games better then def go for it.

Running absurdly bad.. Getting one outtered for 100 bbs, going from chip leader to busto in 1 hour, top two vs. set, etc. No cash obv.

This week of the big game is by far the best poker ever on tv imo. Esp the last two episodes with PH on enormous tilt are just epic. And some of Stapleton's comments are pure gold, as well as Laak confusing "donk betting" with "dog betting".

Funniest thing i've read in a while:

A blonde woman was on a girls’ weekend in Las Vegas. She stood in front of a candy machine, put in two quarters, turned the knob, and a candy bar fell out. She repeated the process, and again a candy bar fell out. Elated, she tried again as a man approached, saying, “Excuse me miss, what are you doing?”

She said, “Hello! I’m winning here!” :DDD

Btw i'm playing the Storm today. Hopefully i'm well prepared for this - shipped $0,02 to ElkY, Negreanu and Liv Boeree for some run good.

It's quite possible that it's real imo But it doesn't make it any less hilarious.

Anyway, i made a big decision - apart from MTT's, i will be playing heads up sngs as well. First reason is that MTT's (as well asi MTSNG's) have huge variance and i think i need to play a game with low variance as well, so i can have a steady profit. And second, i feel like my heads up game isn't as good as i want it to be, so i hope to improve it significantly by playing these sngs.

Also it's awesome that HU sngs last like 25 minutes at most, while tournaments can last for over 10 hours. So i will have something to play even when i have a very little time.

Games are soooo dead

Poker Stars $3.29+$0.21 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t10/t20 Blinds - 2 players - View hand 1558968
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

Hero (BTN/SB): t1327 66.35 BBs
BB: t1673 83.65 BBs

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is BTN/SB with A  Q :diamond:
Hero raises to t53, BB calls t33

Flop: (t106) A :club: A :diamond: A :spade: (2 players)
BB bets t1620 all in, Hero calls t1274 all in

Turn: (t2654) 5 :spade: (2 players - 2 are all in)

River: (t2654) 8 :club: (2 players - 2 are all in)

Final Pot: t2654
Hero shows A  Q :diamond: (four of a kind, Aces)
BB shows T  4 :diamond: (three of a kind, Aces)
Hero wins t2654

Sick thing is that i didnt have any kind of aggro image, i was playing quite straight forwardly and didn't rly make any big bluffs..

No, I cannot! :f_biggrin:

Seriously though, good luck with them.. they can be fun... but definitely not low variance imo. Maybe, lowER variance...

Well i think that of all non-gay sng/mtt games, HUSNG's have the lowest variance. I'm not saying that the variance will be low from general point of view, but i'm sure it will definitely be lower than in mtts or 6max sngs.

Congratulations on the tournament win :) I will watch out for you on pokerstars :)

I watched the whole big game season 2 last week and I thought that Toni G actually quite crossed the line. But he just comes across as a big child and very unlikeable.

Taylor Swift...hmm. Maybe you would like Alison Krauss as well? I can recommend.

FR sngs are kinda gay imo.. They are really long (i play reg speed only) and not very interesting imo. I've played a ton of 6-max and i just want to try something new :)

Thanks thanks :)

Well TG was definitely out of line (esp when telling Phil to retire), but someone like PH should simply stay out of discussions about etiquete. Have you seen the episodes with Max? I remember PH telling Dario with Max sitting right next to them something like "You think this guy is a good player?" which in my opinion was the most out of line behaviour from a professional i have ever seen in TV poker.

Oh thanks for the recommendation, i'll check her out :) You like Taylor too?
