Pre-Flop: (1,000, 8 players) PtiiiPtaaa is MP1 9♦ A♠
1 fold, UTG+1 goes all-in 3,256, PtiiiPtaaa folds, 5 foldsFinal Pot: 4,256
UTG+1 wins 4,256 (net +950)
So this hand is quite strange in my opinion. utg+1 is a very good regular pushes for 8 bb. (don't know or i can mantion his name?)
I expect his range to be somewhat like this:
22+,A4s+,K8s+,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,98s,A8o+,KTo+,QTo+,JTo
My hand, A9o would have 47.7 % against this range.
If we look at potodds, we only need 43,3% to call/isolate in this spot.
Looks like an easy push. However, if we consider we have 5 players behind us, the spot looks less attractive.
So my question is: Does anybody have a standard rule for this?
For example for every player behind us we need 1% more equity to make this call.
