At no point can you fold. :f_biggrin:

The flop is one of those spots where you know you're behind but you can't fold. Nothing else to really say on the matter other than wp :f_cool:

Assuming you put him on AA**

ProPokerTools Omaha Hi Simulation
4,169,700 trials (Exhaustive)
board: T♣2♦4♠
AA** 62.54% (2,603,126 wins, 9,435 ties)
9c7dTh8d 37.46% (1,557,139 wins, 9,435 ties)

~$31 in the pot and ~$35 effective behind so assuming he always calls your shove your putting in $35 to win $101. You only need 35% and you have 37.5%.

Ribbo, you really think that cold calling 3bet from BB is good move, when there are 3 more players still left to act whom have invested in the pot (including the original raiser)? In my mind that can't be +EV call.

When hero calls, the flop will be usually 3-5 way. Hero has pretty bad position, as 3bettor will shove most of the flops and hero has to decide next if he is ready to gamble. And there are 1-3 people still to act. And hero's rundown can be easily dominated by some of those 3 behind.

In my book this is an easy fold.

Yeah, sometimes UTG has aces and SB has aces, and no one else comes to the pot, and hero flips with 40% equity. And then sometimes one more player comes along and hero flips his stack with EV0 play. Or makes -EV shove.

But most of the time the situation is worse.

I'm actually more with Kyyberi.
I mean when I see that flop and put him on AA, the money is going in. But with two people behind acting, I don't think I call a 3bet oop there...

Oh come on, why doesn't Ribbo say anything about this?

what is to say?

If someone offers me a neutral EV gamble I take it, while you fold. Outcome is the same in both cases, that is ultimately the argument here.
