Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer
SB ($30.06)
Hero ($25)
CO ($10.06)
BTN ($20.08)

Dealt to Hero T♣ T♠

fold, BTN raises to $1, SB calls $0.90, Hero raises to $3.30, BTN raises to $6.75, fold, fold

BTN wins $7.60

BTN is fishy player with not many stats but not active preflop in 3bet/4bet pots

SB is loose fish 41/28 pretty aggressive.

My intention was to make BTN fold (which should happen pretty often considering his weak range and weak playing tendencies) and play a pot vs SB's very weak range but with which I expect him to call a decent amount of the time.

when the BTN 4bets I can only put him on very strong range so I choose to fold.

How else could I play the hand ?
-just calling preflop doesn't look appealing because my hand looses so much of it's value on the majority of the flops.
-going allin aka 5bet shoving seems bad because I don't see myself having any fold equity and against QQ+/AK I'm not doing that well.

I think that was a nice hand :)

Hi,

I would definitely 3-bet pf, since TT should be ahead both BU and SB ranges and I think BU/SB would easily call with worse hands.

If BU isn´t that aggressive then fold is fine, but I think he would also sometimes 4-bet bluff that spot, so generally against aggressive players I´d shove TT that spot for value

Best regards,
