what is it with the youth of today? in my day, it would be time to START studying, not watch a funny movie. Watching funny movies, drinking beer and chasing chicks was what all the days before today were for. Cramming is the only way to study. trust me the only time you will need the info is for tommorow's exam. you didnt need it today, so there was no point learning it yesterday. You won't need it the day after tommorow so you only need to study in a way you remember it for one day. Oh, and drink lots of coffee.
Or watch big bang theory. Funniest show on tv.

Yes TBBT is a good option too. But I think when people are passionate on a subject or area, they choose that in uni. I am pretty sure he always needed the knowledge and always will do. 
If somebody learns something just to give an exam then isn't the whole point of learning pointless??
