Hello, i having serious problems to understand academy promo, maybe because of my bad english, and support always answering with pre-made answers.
How i get more than one diplomas?
I know, if you grind 3k hands you get "pro" cash status. but how you get up to 5 diplomas?
Grinding another 3k hands? but with the first 3k hands you already had 5 diplomas in amateur, dont make sense 
crying for anyone that understand me.

Terms and conditions
• The 'Poker770 Academy' promotion is a Poker770 promotion.
• All Poker770 players can take part in the 'Poker770 Academy' promotion.
- The 'Poker770 Academy' promotion starts in the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and finishes on the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT.
• The 'Poker770 Academy' promotion is divided into 3 categories:
- Sit & Go (SNG)
- Tournaments (MTT)
- Cash game
• In order to obtain diplomas for the Sit & Go category (SNG), you must fulfill the following conditions:
- SNG Amateur Diploma: Play 30 Sit & Go's of $1 + $0.10 between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT.
- SNG Experienced Diploma: Play at least 20 Sit & Go's of $5 + $0.50 and win at least one of them between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT
- SNG Pro Diploma: Win at least 10 Sit & Go's of $10 + $1 between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT
• In order to obtain diplomas for the MTT category (tournaments), you must fulfill the following conditions:
- MTT Amateur Diploma: Play at least 15 Circus tournaments between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT
- MTT Experienced Diploma: Play at least 10 Circus tournaments and finish in the paid positions at least 4 times between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT
- MTT Pro Diploma: Play at least 20 Circus tournaments and finish in the paid positions at least 6 times between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT
• In order to obtain diplomas for the Cash Game category, you must fulfill the following conditions:
- Cash Game Amateur Diploma: Play at least 400 hands on our real money tables between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT
- Cash Game Experienced Diploma: Play at least 1000 hands between the 9th January 2012 at 12:00AM GMT and the 26th February 2012 at 11:59PM GMT

- $1500 for the Cash game category
* $1000 for all 'Pro' diplomas
* $250 for all for all 'Experienced' diplomas

• Each player who is eligible for a prize in a certain category will receive the equivalent of the sum total for that category divided by the total number of diplomas allocated in that category, multiplied by the number of diplomas they have received. For example, if the total number of 'SNG Pro' diplomas allocated is 50 and if you attain 5 'SNG Pro' diplomas, you will receive 1500 ÷ 50 x 5 = $150
• Players can attain diplomas in all categories (SNG, MTT and cash game)
• The maximum number of diplomas which can be attained in each category is 5.
• The prizes for the 'Poker770 Academy' promotion will be credited to players' accounts in the 72 hours following the end of the promotion.
• Players who attain 'Pro' diplomas (regardless of which category it is in - SNG, MTT or Cash game), will receive a ticket for the 'Pro Academy' tournament where a €1500 package for the Nottingham MegaPokerSeries will be up for grabs.
• The 'Pro Academy' tournament will take place on the 28th February 2012 at 7:00PM GMT.
• Any players seen to be commiting fraud, collusion, chip-dumping or soft play will be immediately excluded from the 'Poker770 Academy' promotion and will not be eligible for any potential winnings from this promotion.
• Poker770 reserves the right to cancel or change the 'Poker770 Academy' promotion without prior warning.

Ok, you play 400 hands and get amateur diploma, but if you play 1000 hands you get experienced one, but how you take more than on at same category ?
Like how i get 5 diplomas at amateur?
I guess by playing 5x 400 hands? Why would you need 5 of them? I guess the more you play the better it gets and you also receive higher diplomas! right?

Because of it.
The numbers of diplomas count at final money.

5x 400 = 2000 that are less than "pro" (3k hands), dont make sense. Means that before you get more diplomas on amateur you upgrade to experienced/pro.

The answer to your question is quite simple: in order to get you 5 CASH GAME PRO diplomas you have to grind 5x 3000 raked hands.
You may be confused because you are mixing up several diploma grades. To make things as clear as possible, let’s take an example:
1. On the 1st day, the player X manages to play 400 raked hands => he obtained a CASH GAME Amateur diploma.
2. On the 2nd day, he plays another 400 raked hands – that means that since the promotion started he played a total number of 800 raked hands and he has now 2 X a CASH GAME Amateur diplomas.
3. On the 3rd day, he played an additional 400 raked hands – 1.200 since the raked hands “balance” is never reset. At this time, he will lose his 2 CASH GAME Amateur diplomas and win a CASH GAME Experienced.
The purpose of this promotion is to get to the Pro level and earn a ticket for the 'Pro Academy' tournament where a €1500 package for the Nottingham MegaPokerSeries, therefore your raked hands balance is never reset! You keep on “collecting” raked hands until you manage to reach the highest degree as quick as possible.

sorry for silly question but what is raked hand? a hand there I put money in? or there is a minimum amount of rake I have to pay during that hand? becouse I played at least 20k hands since the bigining of promotion and have only 1 pro diploma.
a raked hand is when rake is paid it has to see a flop, so if you open pf and tid its not raked, your tracker will count every hand your dealt so you could have 10,000 hands on your db but none of them are raked theoretically
and sorry for my dumb response here!
