shehan, I agree with u, having a great mouse and mat is useless if u dont have your desk and the chair in apropriate height

Trerrii, I ve been playing only from about 21,00-02,00CET last days, just about 10-15 tables and I did table select a lot so we didnt have to meet. 6 tight players at the tables is obviously not that great, but if they arent opening their ranges enough later on, u can have solid edge at push/fold phase, also if they are breakevenish players that can not adjust it wont be that horrible - but these games are obviously almost not profitable, so tableselecting more and finding the right times to play should help. It varies a lot what time is the best, depends mostly on whoat profitable regs are playing at these times - avoid playing with them ofcourse...
As for the mouse and mat, thx for tips, so far it looks am going to buy G500 pr MX performance to try. I ll also try some mat with wrist support and if it wont fit me I ll go for some high end textil game mat...

I think I have the winner, I ll def buy this one and test it:

It is Logitech Performance MX, it is about 90$ and I chose it because it should fit me as a poker player more thn gaming mouse - it has more ergonomic profile, little bit weighter, works on every surface, so I can experiment with wrist support. It is wireless but u can plug in the cable and it is no more. And the design is just awesome. Should fit to size of my hand, fingers. G500 is more gaming and Razers are very different from piece to piece, would have to search a lot and they are also not that easy to get in stocks here. I ll keep u posted if I get it!

Yeah mouse looks good, I used to have one of those for about 90 euro, I think it was a MX500 or something similar, both my dad and even the salesmen thought I was nuts ♦ (I was a frequent gamer back then)

I had some gaming experience as well, lol. What was it? Frozen Throne, WOW, CS? I even played Diablo 2 as hell if you recall that one

I mostly played Unreal Tournament, when WOW came out I was already tuning down.

That mouse is good ergonomic wise, I had one for a year or so but the wireless connection was horrendous. They get alot of bad reviews about this but I think it's literally the luck of the draw. Most are fine, some aren't. Mine would just go dead when I had AA on about 3 tables so it drove me mental!! lol

I never had more expensive mouse thn about 10$ lol. And I did make few thousand frags in CS...♦
Didnt want wireless one from those reasons, so am going to test for a week or so, test how it works with the cable and without and so on, I think this one should be fine, if not it would really suck for these money lol...

i remember when i was playing 12 superturbos on fulltilt and my wireless went of because it needed to be recharged. Funny to play 12 superturbos on a touchpad ♦

Well this one - it has one AA batery inside, so u can have another one somewhere near...plus it has an indicator, so it warns u before....plus u can plug it in with usb cable so it is no more wirelles....plus it is charging itself when pluged in usb...plus tableninja, so I can control tables via keyboard...hopefully I wont have a problem ♦ Will see...everything is possible ♦

I played 100+ games today...weeee...first time this month I think ♦ Need some volume goal, so I am gonna make 10,000 VPPs this month - have around 4,000 now. It is pretty easy goal, but I need one, coz am too lazy...

Weird things are happenning.
I completed the "ideal winnings per month goal" = 2,500$+ in 900 games ♦ Thats like 1/4 of volume per month goal...and am still not in the mood to grind hard, hopefully I ll make 1/2 of volume goal...
Of course it is a heater, but my EV is about 13% ROI both 15s and 30s and it makes me feel gooood, looks like I learned something last year

Conclusion is simple - when u straggle, u r breakevenish, u grind your ass up = volume is the key. When u have nice winnings U BECOME A LAZY ASS! ♠_biggrin:

The same happens to me after almost every bigger upswing. I mean wtf, we can cope perfectly with downswings but upswings make us loose motivation. Weird problem but it is a problem. ♦

Played one session of about 40 games today in 2,5hours, max 10-tabling coz noone wanted to play. I felt great, made mayn good calls in HUs, made many good shoves with less thn 10bbs = am not missing spots. Unfortunately I ran a lot under EV, rivers were bad, but the feeling is right

so so so true. running at 20% after 400games this year, instead of volume at the tables I sink mass volume at the pub, even though I know rungood wont last.

If you figure out how 2 get round this 1 please let me know Milan.

But I take it this way - I promised myself to take "holiday" after the SN challenge and to make only platinum or something like that (7,5k VPPs). So this run actually helping me to get some rest and be lazy, watch some stupid movies and so on ♦
I also realized how poker changed me. Since teenage years I was very lazy, flegmatic guy - I did weed, I partied and stuff, never had problems at school, went to colege, partied...thn I realized I want something else and I tried 4 different colleges, but learning and all this bullshit was just never for me - never had that feeling like it is usefull and it has some meaning and so on. Playing poker changed me - I finally do have goals, I like to study,I like to improve, I see the meaning and so on...am so greatfull for this - that I found myself the profession I love and I dont need to obey every single ridiculous rule of bosses and byrokracy and all that shit that come along with "regular" job...I am master of my time, I am my own manager and I am the only one responsible for all the good things and the bad things....AND I LOVE IT. Furthermore I can give myslef and the $ to my family I LOVE.
