So when do you start you push and fold at 13 bb or 10 bb?

In the Bronze SnG Strategy articles there is a few articles that discuss raises sizes based on game phases of early, mid, and late.
General idea seems to point towards hitting the push or fold stage when your stack, or the stack of all players left in the hand to play is 13BB or less.

If I played him id probably shove any stack size...he has too much of a postflop edge on me thats nullified by removing the entire postflop play.
