I Fold. Its more efficient. Plus the only person I know who scrunches is my daughter. Therefore scrunching just seems girly to me.

my wife is a scruncher... but she is american

I was thinking a bit about this scrunching phenomenon and developed a theory that scrunching between Europeans should be most common in post-soviet countries and mainly done by people of age of 30+ years old.

This is due to the fact that in SSRS times people used to wipe their asses mainly with soviet propaganda filled magazines and as you may already know that kind of paper would slide through the ass line without capturing much of the dirty part. In my opinion this happened due to the fact that those papers were full of shit already and it's hard to wipe shit with... shit. So they developed a technique of scrunching up the paper this way distorting the propaganda and making the newspaper slide less.

Now ofc it does not explain the origins of American srcunchers, but then again only idiots would try explaining other idiots.

Fold, of course..

the truth is when u scrunch it creates more surface area therefore your wipe becomes more efficient.
