I wish i didn't read that it took a month! but it's lookin like i suffer the same fate!

i'm so fed up with these people!

So i requested a withdrawl by wire transfer on the weekend/monday, filled out my name, my bank name and address and my bank account number, the swift number etc and send it on through. got the email back that my request has been sent and thought i was good to go.

then the b.s. started to happen.

got the standard response back that my request has been sent.

they emailed me saying they needed my banking information. so i sent them my name and address, my banks name and address, my banks transit number, my branch's number, my account number and my banks swift number.

not good enough, they need to see a statement. i repllied i don't get statements, their response was to take a screenshot of the statement. so i took a shot of my online account activity, showing my bank account number, blacked out the amounts and sent it off.

not good enough. they need a screenshot of statement showing bank address. at this point i'm fed up, i'm giving them what they ask for, or giving them what i can seeing as i have a paperless account and never get statements. finally i found a sheet from when i ordered new cheques that had my name/address, bank name/address, and all they info you would find on the bottom of a cheque.

at this point like red flags are going up like crazy. they literaly asked for information found on a cheque, and i was thinking why am i giving you the info you would need to TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT when you should just be PUTTING MONEY IN TO MY ACCOUNT.

finally accepted. got response that payment agent is in the middle of processing it and that they will keep me informed.

got another email today asking me for a copy of the credit card i used. like are you f'n kidding me?! I used one of those prepaid mastercards (to get around Visa's no gaming thing) and used $30 of the $50 for poker, and finished the rest on gas for my car. THANK GOD I DIDN'T THROW IT OUT! i can only imagine what would happen if i didn't have it still!

so i sent this off with a nasty response saying that this is rediculous and that no other site makes you go through half this f'n bs to get money i have won, and that i don't think i even want to play on their site anymore. and that this information is not listed anywhere on their site, and they should have listed all of the requirements in their first response to me instead of having a new f'n excuse each day.

got response back saying our withdrawl file is now complete, no need to send these documents again in the future, and now we will have quicker transactions in the future.

and to add to this it takes 8-10 business days from the original request to get the damn money. so it's going to take according to them 2 weeks to get my damn money, and now i'm reading it took a person a month!

f'ck this site it's bs!!! from what i've heard and seen pokerstars doesn't put you through half this shit.

Yeh that stuff stink but it's better to wait that month to get that money rather than not to get it at all.

One or the guy said that there is no stall tricks going on here with the 4 day waiting period when you can cancel the cashout... I totaly disagree here... I would understand if they gave like 1 day stuff happens etc... but 4 days is just pure trick to get you back to playing and loosing your money... I mean when I played at stars and asked for a cashout my money reached my moneybookers account in less than an 1 hour... and I have to wait 4 days on this site... trury very very bad stuff with the site trying to food players like that into playing more...

Hello pinkbabygee,

Sorry to hear that you’re so dissatisfied with our services.

However, I did take a look at your situation and I would kindly remind you that your withdrawal request first withdrawal request was registered on the 14th of January.

After 2 days, our Financial Department started processing it. If you will check your inbox, you will surely find our first e-mail regarding your withdrawal, dated 16th of January. That e-mail included a request of a bank statement with all your relevant banking information.

Since it was your first withdrawal from our gaming platform we needed to make sure that the banking details you registered were the correct ones (keep in mind that a single wrong digit in the account number you registered could have sent your money to a totally different account and it would have been a hassle to retrieve it).

In reply you sent us a copy of your bank statement containing some of your transactions and only your account number and issuing bank. Now for an international bank transfer you need a Swift/Bic code or an ABA/Transit number if we are talking about Canada. Since your bank statement did not contain this important code, we could only insist.

After we had all the necessary information, on the 16th of January, you decided to cancel your original withdrawal request and re-register it for a lesser amount. Since it was a new withdrawal request, the 2 days term applied.

On the 18th of January it was approved by our payment agent and sent towards our bank. On the 21st we received a confirmation from our bank stating that your funds were transferred towards your personal account.

To reply to rap1dw1n3r’s post, all withdrawal requests are treated after a 48 hours delay – so you have 2 days, not 4 in which you can change your mind about withdrawing.

Finally to respond to southseakid’s allegations, we can assure you that we NEVER ask for the CVV2 code (the 3 digits security code on the back of the credit card) to be visible, furthermore, we actually advise players to hide it. So please recheck your e-mails. I assure you that NOBODY from Poker770 asked for them to be visible (please do confuse these 3 digits with the last 4 digits from the front part or the card. We usually advise customers to hide all the numbers except for these 4).

Please let me know if you have any additional uncertainties regarding withdrawing from Poker770!

Regards,

Yoanna
