I didn't know that was possible, thnx. Anyway, it needs 2 days to verify the cc so that still sucks 
verification should be pretty much instant with a web based cc, you can see thee small charge immediately

I have been super lazy in the last week after my downer in January. In fact, I didn't grind at all until yesterday, when I had my coaching with Jaxtraw.
The coaching went pretty well and I'm confident he will be able to spot some leaks 
So tomorrow the grindmode will be back on, but with more focus on quality.

I have a question about Ongbetter and Ongame in general: How many tables are you able to play at the same time ( FR and 5max) on Ongame using Ongbetter? Is it possible to play with stacked tables or is tiling the tables the only option?

The maximum amount of tables I was able to play is 9 I think, at 10 it started to lag quite heavily (but that probably has to do with my laptop as well).
But if you are used to multitabling 8 is definitely possible for FR, I discovered that 8 for this moment is a bit too much for me when playing 5max because there is some stuff I need to master first before I can go back to that amount of tables.
I play tiled, don't actually know if there would be a problem if you play stacked (don't think so, but not sure).
Are you playing at Ongame already or do you plan to play there?

Im planning on moving to Ongame. Right now I'm playing FR SNGs on Stars but I might switch to 5-max on Ongame, but im not sure how hard the transition will be since it's a new game for me. The ICM changes will be quite easy to handle I think, because you have less spots to learn but especially the more aggressive style and the additonal postflop skillls required are going to be more crucial.
How did your transition go? What did you do to improve your shorthanded game ?

The main difficulty for me is the fact that you have to play a lot more postflop in SH than in FR, so I suggest you to work on that if you haven't already. I'm still not a good SH reg or anything but what I did is watch vids, post hands in the evaluation forums and I recently bought some coaching lessons.
I like your idea of documenting the knowledge and progress. I guess I'll to something like that too.

Just focus your eyes on the buttons instead of your BR It takes some practice but after a while you won't be tempted to check your BR.
If you have good BRM there is no need to check your cashier every time, it will only fuel your emotions (both when running bad or good). You usually know when you are running bad or good, there is no need to know how good or bad exactly.
Meditation is also good, but that's more a general strategy to stay calm during your whole session.

I like it pre vs tight players. Flop is definitely a bet/go broke spot though.

Yeah, if you are willing to bet/go broke better on the flop when you have more equity imo.
I might open shove pre, but raise/fold vs nitts is fine. As played bet/stack on the flop...

Yeah, it's right on the edge of Nash (therefore ok if they know how to fold 44 etc.) but I would think raise/f and playinh ip vs fish who call Q6s oop will be more exploitive.
As played, bet/broke looks good. This doesnt hit his range that much and even if he caught a piece we're ok. Turn comes a J/Q/A/T or w/e and he leads out, we hate life. He's aggro, so we don't mind him checkraising his air here.
