Hello, after the server restart the Hand History is totally wrong... Nobody wins in the hands, Before I won with the Hand AA, the other guy had QQ, and the hand History says that Hero Lost with AA and the opponent Lost with QQ... I will post some examples... and because of that it shows in PT3 as well that I have Lost instead of winning... like that with certain Hands It should be +6$ but is -6$ . Can somebody Look into this..

Same issue and i play on the euro tables.

Pokerstars are normally pretty speedy resolving issues so hopefully within a few hours.

Thanks UXMALAGA for contacting support.

I guess we will just have to wait until they can get this fixed.

Best regards,

How will we know when it's been fixed?

Also, how do you fix hands that have been imported incorrectly?

I fixed My Hand History Manually, Change Lost to Won and put the amount the winner got for example if the Failure hand is : Hero showed [Qh 8c] and lost with a straight, Four to Eight then Correct is : Hero showed [Qh 8c] and won ($x.xx) with a straight, Four to Eight, Saved these HH to different Folder and Then I purged in PT3 these sessions what were with Wrong HH and later Manually Imported the fixed HH to tracker again. and everything was fine. how to purge in PT3 you can find from here https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=17551

Edit: I hope you understand my english and explanations:D

I'll just rather wait for stars to fix it (can't take long) and request my hand histories since today and import them. Until than I'll just ignore PT3 results.

Requested hand history's are correct, just requested some. Don't know if this means the issue has been fixed or not though.

No they are not. I noticed that every hand since the update starts with "Pokerstars Hand #...." It used to be "Pokerstars Game #...." Don't know what that's about. HEM can't read them that way. I noticed there are also some mistakes along the way. Another problem is that my HUD doesn't work now, so I'm kind of stuck.

Since a PT3 update the requested histories are working just fine. I guess you need to wait for a HM update.

The problem is not the change of "game" to "hand" but the randomly wrong inserted "lost" insteast of "won" sentence like Uxmalaga outlined.

Even PS Support didn't see this, had to explain to them, that somebody that "collects" money from the pot, can't be "lost" in the summary. :f_cool:
