This issue is fixed already, update your HEM to 1.12.09 version and it will work 
I havent needed to update tracker, but noticed yesterday before going to bed that the HH were correct at one point. and today in the morning checked as well before started to play and yes pokerstars had fixed the issue, but no need to update tracker.
Basically I think this thread can be closed now, as Pokerstars fixed their HH and everything is OK now.
