Hi.

The opponent in UTG is a 52 / 21 AF 1.0, 58 hands.

This is another hand where I feel that I played very passive. Do you raise or fold somewhere?, I didn't bet the river, because I didn't think that he would fold something better than my hand.

thats the kind of hands I 3bet pre, for the sake of 3betting more than AA** or KKQT^^

Definitely jam the turn, he is weak and I expect your hand to be good at this point, but your edge wont be that great.
