ipoker has crashed any one else

Same, cant access none of my ipoker sites...

will we get refund from the losses on tables do you think im new to ipoker network as of about 4 days ago?

i hope so as iv bought in to 11 sit and gos and all have crashed :((((((

About an hour and a half ago it was pokerstars and tower gaming, although that's fixed now. Stars actually stopped SNG regeneration for about 30 minutes.

Hey guys i've moved your thread here as i think it belongs here more than it does in GPD.

As for the topic, if there were no warnings and it was their fault then often a site will refund buy-ins for tournaments and sit n go's, not always but the couple of times its happened to me, i've been refunded

Im not sure what the procedure for cash games is you will have to contact them directly, which you will have to do anyway for this problem.

I think all ipoker skins have a live chat feature right? I think this would be your best place to start

Live chat is unavailable atm, so I sent them email kindly asking to refund. Hope it wont take too long, as I was only playing sng's.

Yeah there will likely be a lot of people getting onto them right now, send them an email if they don't reply by tomorrow try the live chat again

they said all players will be reinbursed any sit and go losses due to the connection problem as ipoker has taken responsiblity for it

apparently the refunds are taking place
and will appear in the transaction history and will be placed direct into poker accounts

just thought id share this information
