Hi Anssi,

I don't have much experience with the jackpot tables personally I'm afraid so not really the best person to respond. I would however be extremely surprised if players sitting out were charged anything at all as obviously they're not contributing to the pot and wouldn't form part of any jackpot win (as far as I know).

I will however flag this to our 888 Key Account contacts and see if we can get confirmation for you.

If you can bear with us, we'll get back to you shortly.

Best regards,

Bart

Hi guys,

Just an update regarding this. We're aware of how important this is and has been escalated to our 888 Poker representative. Currently they are looking into this and hopefully we'll have more news/update in a few days.

Thanks guys for your patience.

i just don't get why 888 poker needs more then 4 months to fix a small bug. Oh there making a #$%@#% load of extra money with this bug.

Compare it to holdem manager, they come with updates like every week to tweak their software.

This thing is a scam and nobody is able to do something about it.

Bump? I'd imagine a week is enough time to reply to such a huge issue. Of course it'd be better for 888 if this is never brought up again.

Again an example of how 888 steals money from their players,
the satellite scam i reported ==> result: zero,
nothing has changed, i lost my money, like a bunch of others players..!

Hello

We have decided to issue refunds to players sitting out while posting their Jackpot contributions, and have already begun communicating this via email to players. Players will be refunded within 24 hours in case they have elected to post contributions while sitting out.

Just to clarify - while Jackpot contribution is calculated correctly and added to the Jackpot correctly, and we later distribute it to our players as intended(along with the $5000 seed contributed by 888poker), we have adjusted these game mechanic as per recent player feedback.

Run Good

Anderson

Sounds like a result to me.

Many thanks 888Anderson for the response & to Anssi for raising the issue.

Hi meistereder2,

You would be best speaking to 888poker's customer support team as only they would have the ability to look into previous playing history.

You can find the up to date email address and/or live support via your 888poker lobby and/or their website.

Best regards,

Bart
