PokerStars is currently experiencing some problems with players
logging in.
We are reviewing the situation and we hope to have this fixed
shortly.We will be considering refunds for materially affected players.
"Materially
affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and
lost a
significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes.
If you
believe you were materially affected by this issue, please email
us with the
following subject line:"REFUND: T#_________, $X+Y, User ID"
Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the
tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker"
For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional
tournaments
in the text of your email. For example:T#123456780, $20 + 2
T#123456781, $10 + 1,
T#123456782, $50 + 5
etc.If you do not know the Tournament ID, you can find it in the
PokerStars
software using the playing audit feature. From the PokerStars
Lobby screen,
select:'Requests -> Playing History Audit...'
Please also be aware that your refund request may take a few days
to be
processed.We appreciate your patience and understanding.

cool so what will happen with knockout tours? i got some knockout fee from thos who were out :)) will they take it away or what?

Hey there,
It's best to contact PokerStars and they will assist you on this. I, personally have not been effected as I was not playing at the time.
I'm sure they will sort this out asap but getting the ball rolling with their support is likely a wise idea

well it's damn not good... i was running good without those "sitting out" ppl...
"Server Issues
In the event of a server crash, the hands in progress at every table will be restored by rolling back those hands. Each player's chip count will be reset to the amount at the beginning of the hand. In special circumstances, when a tournament needs to be cancelled because of a crash or some other reason, players will be compensated according to PokerStars' tournament cancellation policy."
I just received these three messages:
Administrator: The tournament has been manually paused
Administrator: Tournament have been paused for technical reasons.
Administrator: Players have reconnected, normal mode has resumed [2012/02/21-11:21:29 ET]
It hasnt started back up though......

u were one of those who stealed chips from 8 siting out players?
because i was one of the 8 siting out players who watched a guy stealing my chips without couldnt do anything and i dont think its fair to be refunded according to yout chip stack
