Two main topics today:
First: Ash got globaled. Since it's easier to answer here than 50 times in Skype and my blog is probably a pretty good place to do so, let's do this 
The facts are pretty well stated in Gina's blog already. I feel obliged to post my view as well since its my mentor, crazy madpotter Ash05.
First of all I wanna clear one thing: All of us coaches, no matter on which site, know each other. Im obv talking mostly about Austrians now as all of us know us pretty well. Like Ofc I know when Ash produces videos for site I while Greg is coach for site C. And obv we (trash)talk about each others vids etc ♦ There are no secrets out there. It is completely legit imo to be a friend with sb who is working for a "competitor". Abs fine. I decide to play tracked and coach for PS, some others prefer do to the same with CC. I dont see any problems. I also dont see any problems that we talk to each other on a regular basis. So the fact that Ash is coaching for another site and promotes his videos in Skype is absolutely fine. Not even close. I also sometimes promote some funky vids I made for PS even though (!) I am also interacting with human beings outside PS world.
Ash is a German Community member and the whole situation has been dealt with by the responsible ppl in that community. However, Ash is also active in our community (obv, cuz we rock more than the other ones. also not even close). Ingy obv got 1 outered and can't do anything about the situation. She dealt with it like a pro. Like always. We don't agree in many spots, but it doesnt matter cuz its just the nature of our positions (not only now with Ash being a close friend, also me being freelancer and sick high raking customer and not employed staff).
Furthermore, it is abs no secret that there are other options than playing tracked on PS. Many of us play tracked on other affiliates. (Me not much, I already have 1.2Mio SP ) PS job is to provide us with great offers, then obv there is no reason not to play tracked. Good VIP/RB deals, good education material, good VIP support (again Ingy is abs nuts, not even close), informative news etc etc. When a users asks us if we know about other offers (e.g. what if you wanna play on a small network or site that is not even a partner with PS?) and we know a few offers (just as an example from my past: when I started SNG I knew I need SNG WIzard. PS didnt offer it and I was brokesobroke with my BR back then, so i played tracked to get SNG Wizard license + SNG vids. There are many other examples, but obv I dont wanna tell you them cuz its probably against the forum rules. Just for illustration purposes)
If sb aks me if I know a better Deal on Site A I wont lie. PS def offers top deals with many sites, but for me personally also rly crappy ones. E.g. In February I play on a site where PS has a great Deal. No other affiliate comes close. I also dont lie abaout that. NH! I already raked in 40k Strategypoints!
So my point is: If a users asks me here in my blog (like Ash was asked) If I know better deals than on site X, cuz here PS deal sucks or PS maybe doesnt offer one ofc I can not answer. But its imo way to easy to say its Ash's fault. Next time sb asks me that question I will either not answer or say "no comment" and I'm sure this obv not answering is interpreted even more like I have something to say. If a user is not happy with the offers he gets here, than imo first ban the user for asking about other options outside PS.
I also read/heard: staff didnt know Ash, how active he is and was over 6 years (!!!) how many (now this is rly sick!!!!!) ppl he connected with PS (obv again I cannot be objective as he is the reason [with marky ofc ] I'm PS member). So I am asking you: Isnt there a slight mistake in the way staff views users? If not even a clearly more than avg active user + sb who got mentioned by me so often (lol does nobody read all my rambling posts or w0000t??? 1k post, AMA, numerous blogposts etc etc) is known and treated like he just randomly stopped by and wants to spread RB deals this is very questionable and probably very wrong. Btw: afaik he only makes vids and has abs no advantage if anybody plays on site A or B.
I don't comment on the way the situation was handled. Not worth any discussion imho. If only Ingrid was head of CMs those things would have been handled better. And no, I'm not kissing her ass publicly, this is just a fact. God knows I absolutely disagree with so much from a highraking BM view (I posted my opinion/criticism internally and not officially on the boards. Since I have this blue avatar it might look strange to users when I disagree with PS lines. But in fact I'm also a user and there is quite a bit I dont agree with. I just can't rly go crazy flaming around I guess since there is something called "responsibility" that users might understand it the wrong way.) I also disagree with quite a few things from a freelancer standpoint. So while I think Ingy does a great job I could still flame her all day (her cuz she is my nr1 contact person, I actually mean PS obv its not personal, just on the subjects).
You wouldn't believe it, but I have even more thoughts on these topics, but I have a semi tough day tomorrow and since I only slept 3 hours last night, I have to come to an end for now Rambling to be continued one day.
Second main topic: TT tries to set up new pwnage setup with fkn Matrox Hardware. After playing around for hours with much help by Fab (ty sir ) we didn't manage to get it running as it should. Long story short, my new setup is rdy now but Matrox suckzzzzzz!

Esp after we destroyed the hungarian team in football! We have Gervinho and Arnoldinho. Obv TT trash talk goalkeeper. Easy game!

How are you planning to use that setup?
Middle screen = main working screen (tables or charts or documents)
Left screen = skype, lobby, folders, browser etc
Right screen = videos / music etc and random windows
Cool! I thought you were going to play poker across all three screens. I think this would drive me insane
