Hi guys,

PLEASE does anyone have found a solution?!?

I have the same problem than you since many weeks now. I have tried EVERYTHING you all have mentioned in this thread and I still have huge problem to log in.

The only thing I found to succeed is to restart my computer (I have a recent MacBook Pro and I'm using macOS BIG SUR) MANY times, at least 8-10 times, until FINALLY I'm able to log in. It is so annoying and it takes time, what a joke.

@888Rep: Any solutions? I have wrote many times to support, without any solutions from them. They don't even care to write back to me, what a joke honestly.

I am in Canada, Montreal.

Each time there is an software update I pray it will fix the log in problem, but it is still exist.....grrr....

I am close to gave up with 888, which I don't want cause plenty of fish I must say....

Best regards,

No, not working for me either. Contacted support. They couldn't help so far.

I'm on the west coast of Canada, and I logged in fine this morning.

I just checked again, and it worked.

I have no experience with Macs, so can't help there.
However, if you know how to flush your DNS cache, then do so.
If that doesn't work, then change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 or 4.4.4.4 or 1.1.1.1
Those are addresses of publicly accessible DNS servers. The first two belong to Google.
This site lists more options:

If you change the DNS server on your router, then you won't need to on your computer, but whichever device you change the DNS server on, you need to flush the DNS cache as well.
This might mean powering off the router for 30 seconds or so, then powering it back up with the new address.

In April of last year, it seems that an ISP in Canada had a DNS server with a faulty address record that was causing the problem for us.

Thank you very much for your help @VorpalF2F

Unfortunately, it didn't work. Well, it worked perfectly when I flushed DNS and then tried to log in. Wow, amazing I said. So. I log out and tried to log in again. Now it didn't work....grrr

So I tried change many times my DNS server, flush DNS cache everytime, restarted my computer each time as well, tried everything...and NOT ABLE TO LOG IN AGAIN. What a joke I must say...

What I don't understand is I was able to log in anytime 1 or 2 months ago. Then, after an 888poker software update. I have so HUUUUGE difficulties to log in. There were 2 or 3 updates since and yet, I have still the same difficulties.

And 888 support don't even care to respond to me about this issue....

sigh

Well, 888 support has always been slow, and they occasionally reply with incorrect information.

This morning, I tried to log in using my phone, but the client said I had no internet connection, so I checked -- and yeah, I did.

So I tried on the computer (windows 10) and all was fine.

When this happened to me, I switched my router to 1.1.1.1 and that corrected the problem.
However recently I had to do a factory reset on the router, so it defaulted to the ISP settings (which I suspect was the cause of the original problem). 888 is still working though...

I sure hope you get this sorted.

Do you have any friends or relatives that are on the same ISP that could test for you?

I didn't get an update today -- maybe I'll check later.

It would be hilarious, if the update fixed it for you and broke it for me

Hahaha, indeed!
But I guess the actual update is for MAC users only, so you're should be safe! ;)
