Hi everyone. I am starting a blog mainly to prevent tilt and for self-analysis. I play at FTP. I currently play the $11+1 turbo SnGs. I use very conservative BRM (>100 BI).

i played 12 SnGs and 1 MTT today. I finished 46 in the MTT for $46.20.
Current BR:1,765.02
Played 16 SnGs and one Mtt

Goals for November
1. Become a Gold Member at PS
2. Qualify for Gold ironman at FTP
3. Reach $2,000
4. Attempt 23$ SnGs

this is the 2nd time in my poker "career" that I have gone on ubertilt. I started runing bad in SnGs and my emotions got the better of me. I completly disregarded BRM and started playing high stakes HU SnGs. I played 6 $550+20 HU tournies. I deserve to of lost my entire br($1750). Good play ensured that i did not go broke (for poker). My Current BR is $1790. I am going to take a break from poker. Any advice on how to prevent tilt would be appreciated. Atleast I think i earned 300SP today.
the player at this limit ($585) are very fishy.

You should be glad that you won 3 and lost 3;) Just think about you would lose 4 and won only 2

i decided to end my break b/c of a challenge by a poker playing friend of mine. He staked me $75 at party. If i bust i owe him $20. If I do well I owe him 30% up to $300. He knows i am a solid player so he had no problem staking me $75.
MY question: I am mainly a SnG player. Which limit at party sould i start at? (please consider the unbelievabley high rake at the micros at party.)

Question: The $1s at party are only turbo (3 min levels). Should I try the $ 3s (next lowest level) normal blind levels and go back to $1 if my BR goes below $50? I dislike turbos b/c there is greater varience.

Imo you should play cashtables or the 3$ buy-ins on party when I played there I busted my bankrool on 1$'s and had to rebuild it on the 3$'s everytime.
