SB ($0.83)
BB ($2.52)
UTG ($1.79)
UTG+1 ($1.84)
UTG+2 ($3.21)
MP1 ($1.32)
Hero ($4.01)
BTN ($0.94)

Dealt to Hero K♣ K♦

fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.08, fold, fold, BB calls $0.06

FLOP ($0.17) 3♠ A♠ 8♥

BB checks, Hero bets $0.12, BB calls $0.12

TURN ($0.41) 3♠ A♠ 8♥ 8♣

BB checks, Hero checks

Since he called my contibet, I am not so sure he does not have an A or 8, so I checked.

RIVER ($0.41) 3♠ A♠ 8♥ 8♣ 5♣

BB bets $0.39, Hero calls $0.39

Here I think he may be bluffing, due to the weakness I showed earlier.

Hello Gloryne,

Flop: Well, do you think you can get more value by betting the river? They will pretty much have hard time calling with hands like TT-QQ. Rather Check behind the flop and reevaluate it on turn.

As played
River: Well, I wouldn't say you did show a lot of weakness. But according his bet size it's likely that he is even bluffing. If he had the Ax would he bet that much? Therefore I guess it's kinda close. Most likely I would just play it differently on previous streets. :> Although obviously if you expect the opponent to bluff in this case then sure why not, you can Call it.

Best regards.
