I know I played it a little loose preflop but I was looking to get them off their hands or maybe play against one and cbet on a good flop.I didn't expect so many people calling. On the flop I hit my straight + a straight flush draw so I must ship it here don't I?

Hello dany2391,

Preflop: Well, if you have so many loose players before you and behind you then I don't like the isolation that much. I'd rather just Call and play it postflop it rather passively. You can still extract value postflop if you do hit. Plus you can't be sure how much your raise preflop or CBet postflop is going to work vs such loose opponents and so many of them.

As played
Postflop: Well, I doubt that going broke here is totally off. They may easily even have themselves something like 2pairs/sets made straights. If the BB goes also all-in we need only ~23% equity here. But for example:

       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG+2  22.56%  20.02%   2.54% { 87s, 87o, Ad8h, KdTs }
MP1    28.09%  18.73%   9.36% { 88-66, T9s, KdJd, Ad2d, T9o }
BU     30.60%  21.14%   9.45% { Th9d }
BB     18.75%  16.03%   2.72% { 66, 98s, 87s, 76s, 54s, 98o, 87o, 76o, 54o }

We are even getting it. Of course we could play around with the hands. Although I guess we would still get the equity. But of course the variance here is pretty big. :P

Best regards.
