Villain is 30/12 in 50 hands

limping and calling made me regard him as a fish and have a very wide range. planning to value bet all the way on dry board, and play cautiously on overcards on the flop

1. should i have given up on the turn and not fired my double barrel?

i was thinking hie could still have a missed draw/smaller pair so i needed to defend my hand.. so i bet on the turn.. but half pot was a bit small i guess..

2. is it a good idea to block bet on the riveR?

Hello gnawhalak,

Preflop: We OOP, plus there is one limper I would raise $0,60. :)

As played
Postflop: Most likely I would Bet the turn bigger while you showing weakness with your Bet sizing there. And as played block-bet/Fold river, there are still a lot worse pairs which may pay you and of course even missed draws.

Best Regards.
