Flop: (9,40 SB) T♥, 2♣, 8♥ (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, BB calls.

Turn: (6,20 BB) Q♠ (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO raises, BB calls, Hero 3-bets, CO calls, BB calls.

River: (15,20 BB) 9♥ (3 players)

Final Pot: 15,20 BB

I couldn't bet for value here...
I gave CO AQ, but I had no idea what could BB had.

Hmm I would check/raise the flop for value even if you increase your variance with it. I wouldn't read anyone on a J so only the fluh has to scare you and as BB doesn't donk into you I would give it a try with another bet. You have to call a raise even if this really hurts. :/

I was kinda "scared" that CO won't bet his flop that's why I bet. And I was hoping that BB will fold.

Hmm he has to bet against 2 and I don't think that he will be scared that often (without reads only of course else the bet is fine).

i agree, would also c/r the flop for value and as played bet the river for value. BB would have donked very often if he´d hit.
