Villain's (BU's) stats - VPIP: 48, PFR: 32, 3B: 10, AF: 3.5, Hands: 31
PF: I decided to flat UTG's minR. I was only afraid of someone 3-betting behind. I don't see a point in 3-betting myself because UTG doesn't have full stack and I don't see a point in raising 88s for value and then facing weird stacks after. Also do not want to fold to 4-bet.
Flop: No matter if UTG bets or checks, I decided to play my hand fast because I think opps behind are very passive. When BTN min-raises I put him on a strong hand like Kx. K8 and K4 are possible because of his VPIP. 44s are also in his range. I included FDs in his range but I think that is pretty unlikely as they usually like to just call and hope to hit on later streets.
Because of this, I decided to get stacks in straightaway. I'm unsure about my 3-bet sizing too. I'd wanted to 3-bet to about $2-2.20, but I was running out of timebank so made do w $1.90.
