hi
i would sometimes 3 bet this preflop against a open from bu and a call from sb . you will take down the pot alot preflop or on the flop . but this is a more advanced play ( squeeze play). its not bad calling preflop for set value either .
on the flop i wouldnt donk out . i would do this with some air that i can fold easily to a raise or with a strong hand that i want to go all the way with .
with 99 i would check call and reevaluate the turn .
as played i am calling turn and reevaluate river

I think you can c/f turn if player is passive.
People don´t fire 2 barrels with ovecards on that board imo @ nl 10.

Its all about the history on this guy, if hes passive postflop fold as recommended, if aggressive, consider staying in the hand.
If hes very tight I consider folding too.
