Thanks for all the feedback, nice to know that people are enjoying it.

@SiKWiThIt - The first video of the series which will be released soon I talk about BRM and variance in quite a bit of a detail so you haven't missed out!

Next week we will be reviewing one or two of my HH's from this week and the winner of the competitions HH too, make sure you remember to enter

So in the session I forgot to mention my quiz that I was meant to do. Please only enter this if you have a full Hand History from a 180 man where you got 3 handed / heads up (don't worry if it isn't saved you can retrieve it from stars).

Basically I'm going to do a Lodden Thinks with my girlfriend (brag). I'm going to ask her how many hands she thinks I have played in my whole life. She knows absolutely nothing about poker so she could literally say anything! The question is, how many hands do you think she will say? Nearest guess wins the review.

All answers must be emailed to me (do not post in this thread) along with the HH you wish to have reviewed. My email address is somerville.poker @ gmail.com (remove the spaces). Deadline for entries is Monday at 12 (Noon) British Summer Time. I will post all the guesses in here and will reveal the winner on Monday evening.

I forgot to mention this in the session, I will probably roll this over to the following week too, next week will be the follow up to this weeks video, which is the introduction!!!

Hi Boss, can you post a link to your push/fold chart?

Need to mention that the chart is pretty good as a guide for the 8bb-13bb ranges, but outside of those we would deviate from them somewhat. The shorter we are the more we would deviated from the ranges shown on the charts, and the deeper we are the more likely we would be to m/r call or m/r fold depending. I will hopefully explain in a bit more detail in the live sessions / videos.

Not sure when the first video is coming, I have been told it will be soon but I don't have a date. I have finished making the second video, so I'm sure that will be in the pipeline. I think the videos will be released at a rate of about 2 per month, so the timeframe of the 'course' might be a bit longer than I anticipated, but at least if gives me time to cover more topics in the live sessions.

This weeks session will be very much the same as last week. I will just open a load of tables and we can talk about shoving ranges and strategy and hopefully go into a bit more detail about where to deviate from the charts and where we should r/c or r/f as opposed to just open shoving (hopefully stars is kind and gives me plenty of spots to talk about).

The quiz will be introduced in the chat this week and the HH review session will be next week following (hopefully) the release of the first video.

If you are a bit patient there might be some new tournament content within a few weeks. ;)

The new content will be beginner friendly and primarily focussed on the lowstakes. Details will most likely be announced early next month.

Asaban

This week as planned I will be following up the first video regarding software and giving an in depth analysis on how to use it. I will be using to the software to review HH's and hopefully be able to show why we certain things. The pace this week will obviously be much slower than other weeks where I play xx amount of tables, but the plan is to be able to provide everyone with the tools to be able to study the games themselves. I want the session to be fully interactive and there will be plenty of opportunities as ever to ask questions.

The winner of the competition was GrymFandango whose HH I will be reviewing first in tonights session. He incorrectly guessed 2000 hands, but was closest to Sarahs guess of 50,000 hands. Interestingly, this is a HH where we both made the same final table and I did something weird!!!

SESSION CANCELLED

Due to unforeseen technical issues, my session tonight will have to be cancelled. Sorry for the short notice, normal service will resume next week.

Can confirm that we are back on track this week and will be continuing with a sweat session of $2.50 180s. I also have an announcement for a free week's ICMIZER subscription and details on how the rest of the course will play out.

Hopefully I can get my words out tonight, something that I struggled to do recording Part 3 and Part 4 of the video's on Sunday!!!

For those of you who missed this week, or left before the late session, we were joined by a special guest coach who helped us on our way to the 2nd bink of the night:

Well played man, only in HU realized that you were at my ft.
It was a fair game, totally forgot about tonights coaching.

I had no doubt it was a fair game, you don't call a shove when I have AA otherwise

Unless you had deck reads and knew you were making the straight. You have the HH btw? Could be good to do a review of them both together, not quite sure how it would work though...

After that AA hand i thought the same thing. It wouldn't make any sense for a call there if i knew.

Yeah i have it on my pc. Not sure, only way if i send my hh and you import it in your hem or pt, it will show both our hands all the time, if i remember correctly.

That would be a perfect way of doing it then. If you could send the HH to my email somerville.poker at gmail.com then I will try uploading it.
