Villain seems to want to see the turn cheap, which would indicate a low pair or a straight draw. I would 3bet the flop to around 0.45 to charge him for the turn, but proceed with caution if a straight hits or a card doubles and he starts betting big (so just fold). In the rare event that he re-raises, I would fold.

As played, villain seems to have hit 2 pair or a straight on the turn since he bets 75% of the pot and a fold is just fine in my opinion.

If you are not raising the flop; you should do it to keep his bluffs in, and if you expect him to be aggressive it's an ok line, but don't fold on that turn.. I'd probably just raise/get it in otf vs average micro stakes unknown..

Never fold on that turn..

You can re-raise on flop. If he reraise against you, you have to fold. but not that turn.
