Does anyone know where you have to opt in with these codes?

I keep clicking the links and just seem to go round in circles. Clicking the "opting in" link on the promotions page takes me to the schedule where there is a link saying "claim now" and clicking that takes me to the promotions page.

Did you follow the instructions carefully, mistakes can happen and you will need to make a deposit first to be able to opt in.

If you did things correctly then I suggest you contact their Customer Support who will, I expect, be able to help you out quickly.

If not, get back to us and we'll look at it again for you if we are able.

I didn't deposit yet, I read in the e-mail that it was not to be entered when you deposit and you had to opt in first.

I deleted the email though so can't check but pretty sure that's what it said.

Players who make a deposit and earn 20 NetPoints in the specified periods will be eligible to receive a token.

Your deposit must be made directly into NetBet Poker from their web-cashier or poker software. Deposits made on NetBet Casino or NetBet Sport will not be eligible.

Freeroll tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Freerolls will be capped at 7500 entrants maximum.

So yes you have to opt-in first. You should be able to opt-in here.

yesterday i played sng on netbet in order to earn 20 NetPoints to opt in
before i started i check in cashier that i had
PTS 336.85 start
when finnished my short session yesterday i had
PTS 347.05 finish
i go to sleep and today in a morning i check cashier
that should give me 10.2 PTS but
when i go to bonus - redeem bonus it show me only 8.1 PTS
does any1 else experience that

I thought I had the answer, but I went to Netbet to check, and got confused.
I could not verify this, but if you go here:
https://poker.netbet.com/en/vip
You'll see, "We multiply the amount of points you collect in real-time according to your VIP status. Level up to earn NetPoints faster!".
The NetPoints you are see are *after* the multiplier.
I could not find where the base points are displayed, however on the same page as above is a tab "Earning Netpoints".
On that page we find that for White level, you NetPoints are boosted by 25%.
In your case 8.1 * 1.25 = 10.125
So you see the 10.1.25, but it is the 8.1 that is used to calculate your bonus progression.

I'm not 100% on this, but pretty sure ♠_confused:
If anyone knows where in the Netbet client or where on the web it is possible to view the base points, please let us know.

Why yesterday's freeroll has been cancelled? Will we get back tokens and could we use them for next freeroll?
