My is fine and i verified it no bother , i offered my id etc before i got asked as its best to get it sorted to avoid problems in the future.But now the software wont work , i have uninstalled it ad re-installed it and even made a new PC username to try it on that , it installs fine and i can see the rooms but when i go to sign in it doesnt load me in and just goes back to sign in.

Is anyone else having these problems?

If you are trying to access NetBet then stop whatever you are doing. It's not your fault. NetBet has been down for several hours.

No, you generally don't need to make a deposit although you will generally release more free money after depositing.

If you go to this page, you will see a listing of the free money offers available to you..

All free money offers are subject to you being a new account holder at that particular room. You won't be able to claim free money for a room you already hold an account at.

Make sure you read and follow the instructions carefully and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Did that response come from the poker room or from PokerStrategy.com ?

If it came from PokerStrategy.com then contact the poker room.

If it came from the poker room, then I suggest creating a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page) and give them all the details you can.
