You shouldn't have started at all So fold preflop. But then if you find yourself on river here after betting the flop and turn you should be checkbacking. Villain seems to be fishy and flush completes and he didn't fold to our bet OTT when Q came up so he's not likely to fold here either. Also we don't have enough stack to get pretty much any FE OTR.

No need to play T9o here. Strange that your 3B is 5 and you 3B T9o here, you have much better hands to 3B here. Also villain seems to be fishy like I said so donät think you have too much FE with your 3B preflop. Flop just checkback and if he checks to you OTT you can bluff depending on the turn card. You have much better hands to bluff here with. You now have only two overcards and a bad backdoor straight draws.

But anyways fold pre.

You can run a filter did 3 bet, then select all hole cards outside your "normal 3bet range"

Your hand is not good for 3bet. It will lead you ti lose big money or win small.

there is w34z3l 's equilab ranges for 3bet and call 3bet ... vs each position opener!
you can download it and copy and replace in your equilab software and you'll find it in special ranges... any 3bet any call anything vs each position

How to:
Copy and replace PreflopUserdefined.ini to your equilab \User\AppData\Local\Equilab
You will find new special ranges made by w34z3l.
Note that AppData folder is hidden so deactivate windows "hide hidden files"
PS: to download i put a link to w34z3l's cloud. Look for PreflopUserdefined.ini

I definitelly wouldn't 3bet bluff T9o, unless the CO is folding like 80%+ to 3bets. He seems passive so far, so I wouldn't assume he is folding too much. As played, we will rarely successfully bluff the fish postflop, so I would give up at least on the river, if not right on the flop.
