Hi,

I'm really trying to work on my riverplays, and this hand got me thinking whether we should call here or not. I'm still pretty sure it's a call, but let me hear your opinions. Also feel free to criticize any street, I'm here to learn.

I'm calling here for sure. We will face up stes or flushes on the river but not so often. Sets would raise flop or tuirn, flushes, would not check back very often turn. He has enough A♠ hands to bluff the river.

I am betting large otf vs this guy, betting turn like half a pot (maybe a bit under) and bet folding river to a raise (size like 25-30% of pot)...

I would call too. Betting turn sounds reasonable.

push preflop))))

I guess than opp raise pairs (bad scenario - full house more than probably), and high aces (bad scenario - may be flash).

Better pot contol turn bet.

As played crying call by GTO, fold AA here vs unknown -EV. Becuse opponent can bluff with not hitted Axo.

What are you thinking otr, raising? You cannot fold obviously, you've most often the best hand here when villain xbacks turn and river pairs the bottom card, villain is bluffing or can be valuebetting easily worse hand. Very rarely will he skip vbetting and slowplaying OTT when you've still 2 psb's behind.

I would valuebet the river myself.

As played, Call for me, set or flush would more than likely want to get money in the pot on the turn.

After you check the river I think he's thinking he can get some value from his top pair type hands or bluffing a busted straight draw. Either one you beat.
