IPoker, $0.05/$0.10, $0.02 ante No Limit Hold'em Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $12.56 (125.6 bb)
BB: $10.98 (109.8 bb)
Hero (CO): $10 (100 bb)
BTN: $11.15 (111.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J J
Hero raises to $0.25, BTN folds, SB calls $0.20, BB calls $0.15

Flop: ($0.83) 4 2 3 (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.41, Hero raises to $1.20, SB calls $1.20, BB calls $0.79

On the turn i decide to raise, because fishes(BB is fish) donk often with weaker draws.

Turn: ($4.43) 8 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $3.10, SB calls $3.10, BB raises to $9.51 and is all-in, Hero calls $5.43 and is all-in, SB folds

Now here i am a bit lost, Would you call or fold? I need 23% Equity here!

River: ($24.59) K (2 players, 2 are all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

$24.59 pot ($1.63 rake)
Final Board: 4 2 3 8 K
SB mucked and lost (-$4.57 net)
BB showed 8 8 and won $22.96 ($12.96 net)
Hero mucked J J and lost (-$10 net)

When everyone called the flop raise, I would be very cautious and not bet more.

Going all-in with only overpair is a bit risky in this spot. You need to be aware of pocket pairs (that hit a set) when they both called OTF like nitrol said and also consider that BB could easily have A5s and traps you with c/r OTN.
Otherwise BB won't do this very often with air or a worse hand than a set.
Probably you should bet less, about half pot and fold to a shove.

I would bet smaller like 2,7$ OTT and fold to a raise. BB can't ship with worse.

It is 3-handed, so even fish should and would donk nuts as well. It is a mistake to raise on the flop for that reason. You need to be very careful.

I'm not against raising OTF. Board is wet, villain likes to donk with weaker hands. When we get called I might just x OTT or then bet a bit smaller and fold to a raise.
