Here I either could c/f or c/c a street and evaluate turn, but I decided to get a little fancy and experiment. Here I have pair+flush draw, meaning 14 clean outs if the villain has top pair or lower, so if I hit on further streets, I have the chance to take down a nice pot. This is why I c/r flop: semibluffing. When he called, I was pretty sure that it's very likely he has a pair (sets or overpairs would likely have shoved). The turn gives me a gutshot to go with my draw, so I bet again. His min-raise allowed me to play my draw, because he gave me 21% pot odds which is good enough here because only the 14 outs from the flop give me 28% or so chances. The river is an easy fold, having missed everything
The villain is a 23/20 reg, from 901 hands, 41% RFI from button, 74% cbet, 75% cbet IP
Any ideas? thoughts? opinions? rotten tomatoes to throw at me?
