What do you play??
If you're thinking about playing NL 6max you could check Lemon courses "beginer strategy", you have the tread on the No Limit forum, or the videos on the video section.
That's the one poker I like playing and I really saw difference on my game after two weeks.
I guess that you will find similar courses for other stiles of poker
