I would just call that 3bet pre. What is your reason to bet turn? What do you think is villains range after he called flop? You said BB is a fish. Do you have any stats for him?

Hi, i expressed wrong. I 4bet to isolate the fish, he was 35/13 agg 40, wts: 26, wwsf: 45, w$SD: 46, 3bet: 3, coldcall: 31, foldTocbet: 43, foldToCbetTurn: 38 hands: 620.

I'm not still sure if it is a good idea. As you can see he plays 35% of his hands and open raises only 13%. This means that he is pretty passive and raises only good hands. He 3bets only 3%. His 3bet range is not so wide and his call 4bet range is even narrower. Also reg might call your 4bet as well, or 5bet shove :) I would flat his 3bet pre but that's just me. I'm a fish too.

BB is a fish, but what about SB? If he is a wide 3 bettor, you can try to isolate the fish, but what if SB is a solid tight 3 bettor?
Plus you all are deep.
I think in a 4b pot you can make a smaller cbet on flop.

If the BB fish isn't as fishy as expected, then that turn bet is called if and only if we are beat. We can't represent a :Tx: and we can represent very few flushes. He has all that stuff in his range. A smaller bet still commits us for stacks. I'd check and reconsider on the river.
