Villain bets very big pre as normal open from blinds would be 2-3bb or is that his normal open size? We could 3bet pre. Turn bet could be bigger. I rarely see river raise bluffs. Villain had KK?

You can 3 bet bluff preflop with this hand.
On river just ask yourself : what hands are going to call you?
I am more inclined to xb river.

River bet is very thin. Weak Ax (possible, but not entirely consistent with his play) will call for split. After turn I'd mostly put him on biggish pocket pairs or :diamond::diamond: and maybe :heart::heart:. The unimproved of these can no longer be expected to call a 50% bet on the river. If you bet, make it a suck-bet (small one), leaving an exit strategy if he raises.

Checking back turn and betting river is probably best.

Close call pre, can even fold if he is opening tight and has sizing tell with better hands.
Post flop: 3,5bb op and pot b OTF looks very strong, but probably we can't fold. You have two options IMO: 1) Bet T and then x back R. 2) x T and then call or bet R
